Bespoke Training Courses
Our insight and experience mean that we can produce high quality bespoke training courses to meet the needs of your company. Working directly with the trainer we will develop a course that exactly meets your requirements.
Venue:To be negotiated
Course duration:The course can be delivered at the customer’s venue subject to the availability of a suitable area. Bringing a course in-house not only reduces the cost per delegate but also saves on travel expenses and time away from the office.
Intended Audience
The course is specific to the client and will include actions for those they have a duty of care including but not limited to: employees, voluntary workers, young persons, pregnant workers, elderly, members of the public, contractors.
Learner Outcomes
This will vary according to the course content and the needs of the client. Stair Consultancy staff have run a number of courses which we have drafted on behalf of the activities carried out by staff.
Assessment Criteria
Again this will be dependent on the course content but may include:
Formative assessments - a range of informal assessment procedures employed by the Trainer/Assessor during the learning process to measure each Learner’s knowledge, skills and understanding related to the assessment criteria.
Practical assessments where learners will demonstrate a particular task.
Multiple choice questions paper/theory assessments.
